Mumbles Lighthouse was built in 1794 to guide vessels along the coast and into Swansea Bay, past the hazards of the Mixon Shoal ½ mile to the South. Automated 1934,electrified in 1969. 17,500 candela at a range of 15 nautical miles.

The bridge also provided a way for tradesmen and locals to cross the river.It is the Scottish Highlands' oldest known stone bridge.

Carrbridge Packhorse Bridge, also known as Coffin Bridge, is a historic packhorse bridge in the village of Carrbridge, in the Scottish Highlands. The bridge was built in 1717 to allow funeral processions to reach Duthil Church by crossing the River Dulnain.

The Guildhall which replaced a medieval guildhall which was situated on the northern side of Cathedral Square. The local people decided to erect a new structure to commemorate the restoration of the monarchy in 1660. The site selected for the new building had previously been occupied by the "Butter Cross" or dairy market. The current building, which was designed by John Lovin who had also been the architect for the restoration work on the Bishop's Palace in Peterborough, was completed in 1671.

The stained glass windows in the Nave, by Lawrence Lee, Keith New and Geoffrey Clarke, face away from the congregation.

Thomas Traherne was born in hereford in about 1636.He was the son of a local shoemaker.Atfter an education in Oxford he returned to Herefordshire ias incumbent of the parish of Credenhill.His work as a poet and writer was not recognised until 20th century. He died in 1674 and his life and work is commemorated by Tom Denny in a series of stained glass windows (2007) placed in the Audley Chapel.

External view 30th July 2017.The castle's origins date back to the 11th Century and has remained within the Berkeley family since they reconstructed it in the 12th century, except for a period of royal ownership by the Tudors. It is traditionally believed to have been the scene of the murder of King Edward II in 1327.
